George Walter Pallsen
A heart attack caused the death at 6 am today of George Walter Pallsen, 66, of Edwardsburg, Mich. He had been ill since Saturday. Born in South Bend May 1, 1877, he spent most of his life here and in Edwardsburg. He married Miss Pearl Gaw, who survives, March 19, 1921 in St. Joseph, Mich. Also living are a brother, John Pallsen; two sisters, Mrs. Homer Chartier and Mrs. Charles Tucker, all of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs. James Coughlin, of Kansas City, MO. Friends may call in the L. H. Orvis funeral home tonight and until the funeral there at 3:30 pm Thursday. Arrangements for the services for Mr. Pallsen, who was a veteran of the Spanish-American war, have not been completed.
