SOUTH BEND - Alfonso Owsley, 66, died Wednesday in St. Joseph Regional Med. Center, Mishawaka. Survivors include son, Craig Owsley of Michigan City; father, Felix Owsley Sr. of South Bend; and brother, Felix Owsley Jr. of South Bend. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Alford's Mortuary, where friends may call one hour before services. Alford's Mortuary is in charge of handling arrangements.
