James Otolski: (South Bend Tribune 3/29/1975)

James Otolski, 31, of 2609 McArthur, died at 7:30 a.m. today in his home after an extended illness. Otolski was an Englewood Electric Co. employe. Born Aug. 9, 1943, in South Bend, he had lived here his lifetime. On May 9, 1964, he married Patricia Smartz, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Kevin and Gregory, and a daughter, Sherry, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Otolski of South Bend; two brothers, Jerry of Columbus, Ind., and Daniel of Indianapolis, and two sisters, Mrs. Diane Curneal of South Bend and Mrs. Sandra Baughman of Mishawaka. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Anthonypastor, will officiate, and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley ’s Catholic Church. Rev. Robert Yast, Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Forest G. Hay and Son Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood. Otolski was a member of Local 364, Teamsters Union.
