Helen J. Orth, 90, of Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, in the Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Nov. 6, 1910, in Lafayette, Ind., to the late Wilbur M. and Anna (Dougherty) Jordan. She was also preceded in death by her aunt, Mae B. Yuill Murphy.

On June 5, 1937, in Mishawaka, she married Robert L. Orth, who survives. She is also survived by her cousins, Janet (Jerry) Arvin of Lafayette, Ind., and Doris Newcomb of Toledo, Ohio. She was a charter member of the Eastern Star, an honorary member of the Commonwealth for Boys in Albion, Mich., the Morris Park Country Club, and the Theta Gamma Chapter of PSI IOTA XI.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 8, at the Spring Vale Cemetery, Lafayette. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. today in the WELSHEIMER NORTH FUNERAL HOME, 17033 Cleveland Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the Reins of Life or to the Woman's Care Center.
