Grace Audean Ort

A lifetime resident of this vicinity Mrs. Walter D. Ort, aged 73, of rural route No. 19, Mishawaka, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in her home following an illness of 11 months. Mrs. Ort was born June 12, 1873, in the home in which she died.

As Miss Grace Eberhart she married Mr. Ort in South Bend, Nov. 30, 1892.

Mrs. Ort was a member of Willow Creek Methodist church and the aid society of the church.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. George Borden and Mrs. J. J. Philion, of Mishawaka; 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Bubb chapel until the funeral services which will at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel. Rev. H. H. Hashberger, pastor of Willow Creek church, will officiate and burial will be in City cemetery.
