Theresa Ornat: (South Bend Tribune 2/17/1934)

Mrs. Theresa Ornat, aged 36, of 832 South Jackson street, died at 4:30 o’clock Friday afternoon in her home following one week’s illness of heart disease. Born here Dec. 24, 1897, she was married to George Ornat in St. Casimir’s Roman Catholic church Oct. 9, 1916. Besides the husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Catherine Michalska; four children, Joseph, Harry, Sylvester and Aloysius; five brothers, George, Walter, John, and Casimir, of South Bend, and Leo, of South Dakota, and three sisters, Mrs. Helen Lemanska, Mrs. Mary Szupinska and Mrs. Josephine Odynska, all of South Bend. The body may be viewed in the residence. The funeral will take place at 10:30 o’clock Tuesday morning from St. Casimir’s church with Rev. Anthony J. Rozewicz, C.S.C., Pastor, singing the requiem mass. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Polish cemetery.
