Ronald J. Ondeyko, Sr., 55, of Dorset Drive, passed away at 4:02 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, in Memorial Hospital after an extended battle with cancer. He was born on July 31, 1943 in Woodbridge, N.J. to John and Mary Ondeyko, both of who preceded him in death. Mr. Ondeyko was an account manager for the Overnite Transportation Company.

He is survived by his daughter, Denise Ondeyko and his son, Ronald J. Ondeyko, Jr., both of Granger, Ind.; and by two aunts, Josephine Ness and Rose Nistico, both of Pennsylvania.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday in Westminster Presbyterian Church. Cremation will take place. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 535 W.
