SOUTH BEND - Francis J. "Frank" Nowak, 80, died at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, August 15, in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include sons, Mark Nowak of Topsham, ME, Thomas Nowak, Michael Nowak, Phillip Nowak and Patrick Nowak, all of South Bend, and John of San Diego, CA; and a sister, Patricia DeMarco of New Carlisle. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble Avenue, where a Rosary will be recited at 4 p.m.
