April 29, 1913 – Aug. 5, 1993 SOUTH BEND – Lottie D. Niezgodski, 80, of Carlyle Health Care Center, died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Michiana Community Hospital. Mrs. Niezgodski was born April 29, 1913, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident of the area. In 1946, in South Bend, as Lottie Nowicki, she married Alex Niezgodski. He died in 1976. Surviving are three stepsons, Alex C., Donald and William, all of South Bend; 13 step-grandchildren; nine  step-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Casimer and Alex Nowicki, both of South Bend. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Holy Cross Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Riverview Mausoleum. Friends mays call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home.
