Mrs. Gladys K. Nichols, 58, of 913 E. 3rd st., died at 2:15 am today in her home following an illness of one month. Mrs. Nichols had operated a beauty salon in her home for several years. She was born in South Bend, Feb. 2, 1911 and as Gladys K. Wiltfong she married Levi H. Nichols, in South bend, Feb 22, 1941. Surviving are her husband; one son, Gene H. Nichols, of Mishawaka; and a daughter Miss Charlene M. Nichols, at home; her mother, Mrs. Maybelle Reed, of Mishawaka and two sisters, Mrs. Howard Blackburn and Mrs. Warren Young both of South Bend. Mrs. Nichols was a member of the Mishawaka Parent Teachers Assn. Friends may call in the Bubb Funeral Chapel after 7 pm today.
