SOUTH BEND - Richard Dale Newcomer Jr., 59, passed away May 25, 2010. He was the son of the late Richard Dale and Eris Edith (Hay) Newcomer. He is survived by sisters, Sandra (Bud) Smith of South Bend and Connie (Tony) Rinaldo of Bellevue, MI; and a brother, Kevin Newcomer of Perrysburg, OH, currently serving our country in Iraq.
