     SOUTH BEND -- Tommy Joe Nelson, 66, of 50665 U.S. 31 North, died at 5 a.m. Feb. 25 in Memorial Hospital of natural causes. There will be no services or visitation. Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, is handling arrangements.
