SOUTH BEND – Services for Vertis Murphy, 79, of 425 E Chippewa Ave., who died Thursday at 11:30am in his home, will be at 2pm today in Guisinger Colonial Chapel.  Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call two hours prior to the time of services in the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St Joseph County.
