Marylou A. Murphy, 50, of Normandy Drive, Mishawaka, Ind., died at 7:55 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind. She was born July 24, 1946, in Mishawaka, and had been a lifetime area resident.

Marylou married John L. Murphy in Mishawaka on July 31, 1976, who survives. She is also survived by her parents, Bruce and Renie Mann of Mishawaka; two daughters, Teresa Archer and her husband Terry, and Tina Galletti and her husband Brian, all of Mishawaka; five grandchildren, Cody Michael Archer, Chaise Forrest Archer, Ashley Nicole Archer, Aubrey LeAnn Archer and Austin Andre Galletti, all of Mishawaka; and by a brother, Ron Scheetz of Granger, Ind. Her brother, Raymond Scheetz, preceded her in death in 1980.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, where funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday by Pastor Kenneth Peterson and Pastor Birt Harris. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind. Memorial contributions may be made to the Y.W.C.A. Battered Women's Shelter, South Bend.
