William Thomas Morrow Sr.

MISHAWAKA - William Thomas Morrow Sr., 67, passed away peacefully in his home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 24, 2008, surrounded by his family. William was born on February 9, 1941, in Mishawaka, as the son of Thomas and Helen (Felden) Morrow. He was preceded in death by his parents.

On March 10, 1962, in South Bend, he married the former Sylvia M. Schaut. Surviving William are his loving wife, Sylvia; three children, Susan Morrow of Osceola, William (Linda) Morrow Jr. of Mishawaka and Thomas Morrow of Osceola; five granddaughters; a sister, Karen Alley of Seattle, WA; and a brother, Michael Morrow. William was a truck driver for Northern Box in Elkhart. He was veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid CB'er, known by his handle "Woody Woodpecker." William was also an all-around "handyman".

Family and friends may visit from 4 to 8 on Friday, June 27th, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 28th.
