George H. Morrow

            George H. Morrow, aged 83, of 117 East Donmoyer Avenue, died at 12:50 o’clock Tuesday afternoon in Epworth hospital, his death following several months’ illness.  He was born in Tuscarawas county, Ohio, March 7, 1851, and came here 61 years ago from Ohio.  He was married in 1882 in St. Joseph county to Hattie Holmes, who preceded him in death.  Surviving are four sons’ Elmer, Delmar and Lester , of South Bend, and Oscar, of San Francisco, and two daughters, Mrs. Maude Snyder, of South Bend, and Mrs. Dollie Albert of Goshen, Ind.  The body will lie in the Forest G. Hay chapel, where funeral rites will take place at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon.  Rev. Floyd W. Hardy, of the City Rescue Mission, will read the service and interment will be in Southlawn cemetery.
