Laura Morris

March 5, 1893 – August 4, 1977

Mrs. Laura Morris, 84, of the Cardinal Nursing Home, died at 12:35am Thursday in the nursing home after an extended illness.  She was formerly employed by the University of Notre Dame.

She was born on March 5, 1893, in South Bend. Her husband, Eddie N, died in 1963.

Services will be at 10am Saturday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, with Rev. Kenneth Hemphill, pastor of Olive Chapel, United Church of Christ, officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Friends may call from 7 to 9pm today in the funeral home.
