Betty K. Morris, 73, of Bercado Place on the River in Mishawaka, Ind., died at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in her residence. She was born Nov. 22, 1923 in Mishawaka to Earl and Charlotte Kizer, who preceded her in death.

Betty married Robert F. Morris in South Bend on Jan. 11, 1958. He died in 1987. Also preceding her in death were a grandaughter, in 1974; a sister, Maxine Bendit; and a brother, Robert Kizer. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family of two daughters, Sharon Wright of Mishawaka and Deborah Russell of Sterling Heights, Mich.; three sons, Kevin J. Morris of Hudson, Ohio, Terry L. Morris of Ravenna, Ohio and Robert F. Morris, Jr. of Del City, Okla; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret Schalliol and Jo Ann Klug, both of Mishawaka, and Nancy Kizer of Florida; six brothers, Jack and Jerry of Granger, Richard, Norman, James and Lanny, all of Mishawaka.

Betty had formerly been employed as manager of Gratzol Outdoor Advertising, and at Studebaker in the Owner Relations Division and Legal Department. She had also worked for the city of Warren, Ohio, as the Administrative Assistant for the Law Director, and for Liberty Life Insurance Brokerage Services in Greenville, S. C. She belonged to local, county and state P.T.A.. the Blue Birds, the Camp Fire Girls, the Cub Scouts and the Christ Child Society. She was formerly President, Vice-President and State Secretary of B.P.O. Does South Caroline Drove No. 60, and was the corresponding Secretary of the Emblem Club of Warren, Ohio.

The will be no visitation or funeral services for Betty. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph County Hospice. Burial will be at a later date in Cannon Memorial Park Cemetery, Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Bubb Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
