Dorothy I. Morrical, 88, residing on
North Ironwood Road, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 9:35 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 3, in the Regency Place Nursing Home. She was born
Sept. 27, 1913, in Plymouth, Ind., as the daughter of Glen and
Fern Estella (Morlock) Dill, and had lived in South Bend
most of her life. She was an employee of the United States Postal
Service in South B end, worked for a doctor's office, and the
River Park Branch of the public library. Mrs. Morrical was a
member of Albright United Methodist Church.
On April 4, 1942, in Crawfordsville, Ind.,
as Dorothy I. Dill, she married Raymond K. Morrical. He
passed away on Sept. 8, 1962. Dorothy is survived by a daughter
and son-in-law, Guy and Barbara Morrical of Granger, Ind., and by
two step-granddaughters, Kim Nemeth of Chicago, Ill., and
Kelly Nemeth of Granger.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m.
Friday, Dec. 7, in the Albright United Methodist Church,
Mishawaka, Ind. Rev. Dennis W. Ingle, pastor, will officiate.
Cremation will take place, with burial to follow at St. Joseph
Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Contributions in her memory may be
made to the Albright United Methodist C hurch, 504 W. Mishawaka
Avenue, Mishawaka, IN 46545; or to Hospice of St. Joseph County,
111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637. Arrangements for the
Morrical family are being made by the Palmer Funeral Home, 2528
Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend.
