Maria was born on August 30, 1967, in LaMesa, TX, to Domingo and Genoveva (Gonzales) Morales. She moved to South Bend, IN, 17 years ago, coming from LaMesa, TX. Surviving Maria is her mother, Genoveva Morales of South Bend, IN; four sisters, Lupita Esquivel, Patricia Salazar and Beatriz Morales, all of South Bend, IN, Frances Villegas of Texas; and two brothers, Leonardo Morales of South Bend and Rogelio Morales of Texas. Visitation will he held on Thursday, April 15, 2010, from 4-7 PM with a Rosary at 5 PM in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Ave., South Bend, IN. Services will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010, at 10 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
