MISHAWAKA - Thaddeus A. (Mroczkiewicz) Moore, 75, of Meridian Street, died at 8:45 a.m. Saturday in Healthwin Hospital, South Bend, of an illness. Mr. Moore retired from South Bend Lathe after 44 years of service.

He was born Sept. 14, 1918, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Aug. 22, 1964, in Mishawaka, he married June Bash. She survives with two daughters, Kathleen Moore of West Lafayette, Ind., and Mary Moran of South Bend; a granddaughter; two sisters, Lottie Gress and Bertha Moskwinski, both of South Bend; and two brothers, Clement Mroczkiewicz and Steve Moore, both of South Bend. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Vincent dePaul Society and Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council 553.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church, St. Vincent dePaul or Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
