SOUTH BEND - Lois Inez (Schubert) Moore, 57, of 1226 E. Bissell St., died at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center of natural causes. Mrs. Moore was employed by Koszegi Industries. She was born Jan. 27, 1937, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On April 10, 1966, in South Bend, as Lois I. Schubert, she married Larry Moore. He survives, with three daughters, April D. Battle and Laura L. Thompson, both of South Bend, and Anna M. Moore of Mishawaka; two sons, Emery F. Moore of South Bend and Kevin P. Wesolowski of Statesville, N.C.; 18 grandchildren; five sisters, Elizabeth O'Brien, Priscilla Schubert and Christine Lehmann, all of South Bend, Susan Creech of Avon Park, Fla., and Sandra Scott of Athens, Ohio; and four brothers, Joseph Schubert, Thomas Schubert and Kevin Schubert, all of South Bend, and Frederic Schubert of Allegan, Mich. She was a member of American Legion Post 161 Auxiliary, Mishawaka and Mishawaka Eagles Lodge 2083.
