Charles John Modory 1013 Napier St., died at 1 a.m. today in the residence after six months illness. He was born in Veszprem Megye, Hungary, March 13, 1872, and came to South Bend, 55 years ago. In 1933 in South Bend, he married Mrs. Elizabeth Sipotz who survives, Modory was a Studebaker Corp., employee . Also surviving are a son Charles Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Hesler, and three grandchildren, all of South Bend. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday in the Nemeth Funeral Home.  

MODORY - Pallbearers for the funeral of Charles John Modory, 1013 W. Napier St, at  10 a.m. Monday in St. Stephen's Catholic Church, will be Joseph and Paul Sipocz, Anthony Swartz, Charles Vajda, Stephen Solzan and Alex Preklet.
