Mrs. Robert Miltenberger

September 3, 1920 - January 5, 1974

Mrs. Virginia Miltenberger, 53, of 510 East Eckman St., died at 6:55pm Saturday in Memorial Hospital after an illness of a year.  She was the former manager of Bruggner's Town & Country Store.

Bron September 3, 1920, in Milwaukee WI, she came to South Bend in 1928.  On October 28, 1944, in South Bend, she married Robert L. Miltenberger, who survives with two sons, John & Dean, both at home; a daughter, Mrs Patricia Kimbel of Mishawaka; two grandchildren; her parents, Mr & Mrs Nick Sharafinski of South Bend; two brothers, Leonard Sharafinski of South Bend and Jerome Sharafinski of Warren MI, and a sister, Mrs. Larry Barett of Livonia MI.

Friends may call form 7 to 9pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Monday at the Guisinger Colonial Chapel.  Services will be at 10am Tuesday at St Matthew's Cathedral, with Msgr Stanley J. Manowski, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Miltenberger was a member of the M.R.Falcons and of the Daughters of Isabella, who will conduct a rosary at 7pm Monday in the funeral home.  She also was a member of the Rosary Society of the church.  A parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Monday at the funeral home.
