GRANGER - Margret Anna Miller, 81, passed away Sunday, May
4, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend. She
was born Aug. 2, 1926, in Elkhart, IN, to Adolph and Fredericka (Blessing)
Shelly. She married Silas Miller on July 1, 1950, in
Elkhart. Silas passed away in 1978. Margret was also preceded in
death by two loving sons, Curtis and Kent. Margret dearly loved
all of her family and had a loving impact on every life she
touched. Margret is survived by her cherished sister, Betty Galbreth
of Jones, MI, and her devoted daughter-in-law, Cindy Hill and
her husband, David, and adoring grandchildren, Nicholas Miller
and Mara Hill of Indianapolis, IN. Margaret was surrounded her
entire life by a wonderful extended family and dear friends.
Margret's extended family included Betty's children and spouses.
Burt and Julie Galbreth and children, Jim (deceased) and
Carol Galbreth and children, and Shelly Seager and her
husband, Wilbur and children, plus a daughter-in-law, Linda Gizzard,
and her children and grandchildren. Margret's lifelong friends
were Margie Doll and Yvonne Yeakel. More friends
included nurses, walkers, clinic co-workers, Osceola United
Methodist Church members, bowlers, golfers, and the card group.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday
in the Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home, 1109 Lincoln Way West,
Osceola, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on
Saturday, with the Reverend Jim Toole officiating. Burial will be
at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be
made to the church or Center for Hospice and Palliative Care.
Margret's family wishes to thank the staff at Saint Joseph
Regional Medical Center, and the doctors and nurses who provided
her with care during these past few months.
