Mrs. Irene Mikula, 46, of 201 Weber St., Roseland, was dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital at 10 p.m. Friday.  She was born Sept. 12, 1920, in Niles.  Surviving are her husband, Stanley; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Humphrey; a sister, Mrs. Edward Mikula, South Bend, and a brother, John Humphrey, Hinsdale, Ill.  Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in St. Paul's Luthern Church, Niles, with Rev. Theodore Laesch, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles.  Friends may call at the Pifer Funeral Home, Niles, after 7 p.m. today.
