Dudley B. Meyers, Sr., 80, of Lake City, Fla., died Monday after an extended illness.

Mr. Meyers was born in Mishawaka, Ind., on Sept. 19, 1916. He is survived by three brothers, Roscoe Meyers, Phillip Meyers, and George Meyers; five sisters, Carol Beecher, Dorris Mummey, Erbal Stewart, Edith Niver, and Sharon Ewing; eight children, Clyde D. Meyers of Bushnell, Fla., Beverly Scott of Osceola, Ind., Jesse Smith of Niles, Mich., Beula Higbee, Barbara Peltz, Herriette Wooley, Patricia Holcomb and Edith Pipke, all of South Bend, Ind.; 27 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dudley B. Meyers, Jr. of Osceola, Ind., two brothers and one sister. Mr. Meyers was a member of the Moose Lodge.

Burial was Friday, Nov. 22, in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
