MISHAWAKA - Denise Cole Melton, 41, of Pulaski, Tenn., formerly of Mishawaka, died Sunday in St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, Tenn., after an illness.

Mrs. Melton was born March 27, 1954, in Mishawaka. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Vernon of Pulaski; her parents, Betty and Cyril H. Cole of Mishawaka; two sisters, Linda Lampos of Granger and Diana Baker of Mishawaka; and three brothers, Jack and Albert Cole, both of Mishawaka, and Cyril L. Cole of Granger.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Carr-Erwin Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be at in Giles Memory Gardens, Pulaski. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Society.
