Mrs. Catherine Melsheimer

July 20, 1863 – February 25, 1926

Mrs. Catherine Melsheimer, age 62, of 1205 Blaine Avenue, died at St Joseph’s Hospital Thursday night at 8:45 o’clock after an illness of nine weeks.

She was born in Germany, July 20, 1863, and came here 23 years ago from St Joseph MI.  She was married November 30, 1887, to John Melsheimer, who survives.

Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Carl, of Waltham MA and John of South Bend and one daughter, Gertrude, of South Bend, one sister, Mrs. Mary Toedel, of Archibald OH.  She was a member of St Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church and of the Altar Society of the church.
