Sister M. Hieronyme CSC, 82, of St. Mary’s Convent, died Mionday afternoon in her residence after a brief illness. She was born Johanna Meisel on April 10, 1894 in Baden, Germany and entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on Oct. 8, 1922. She made her profession of vows on Aug. 154, 1925. She was assigned to housekeeping duties and served at St. Mary’s College and Convent until 1929, when she was assigned to Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio where she was in charge of the laundry. She returned to St. Mary’s Convent in 1969.

Friends may call in St. Mary’s Convent parlors, where a rosary will be recited at 7:15 p.m. today. Services wiil be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Loretto Church, with burial in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery at St. Mary’s.
