Services for Rev. Michael McQuillian CSC, 79, of Holy Cross House, Notre Dame, who died at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday in his residence, will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Holy Cross House, with burial in Holy Cross Community Cemetery, on the campus. Friends may call at Friday at Holy Cross House, where a wake will be at 7:30 p.m.

He was a member of the English Canadian Province of Holy Cross, headquartered in St. Catherine, Ontario. He was born Nov. 29, 1912 in County Monaghan, Ireland. He entered the Holy Cross in La Mans, France, in 1933; made his final profession in 1937; and was ordained to the priesthood in 1939. He served parishes in Great Britian, Scotland, Quebec, Ontario, France and Ghana.
