MISHAWAKA - Loretta M. McQueen, 88, of East Jefferson Road, died at 11:55 a.m. Saturday in her home. Mrs. McQueen retired from Ziker Cleaners in 1972 after 11 years of service. She was born Nov. 4, 1905.

In Chicago, as Loretta M. Shigley, she married Clyde D. McQueen. He died June 16, 1961. Surviving are four sons, Roderick A., Patrick E., and Michael J., all of Mishawaka, and Peter D. of Elkhart; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bernneitta Stroud of Largo, Florida. A son, Ronald E., died in 1971. She was a member of Willow Creek United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main St. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Hospice of St. Joseph County.
