Eva B. McNamara, 92, of Tanglewood
Lane, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away Thursday, July 18, in
Fountainview Place, Mishawaka. Eva was born on March 18, 1910, in
Turnbridge, Vt., as the daughter of the late Charles F. and Emma
(Ledoux) Gray.
On Nov. 6, 1937, in West Lebanon, N.H., as
the former Eva Gray, she married Edward James McNamara,
who also preceded her in death on March 25, 1979. Eva is survived
by her son, Edward J. (Lois) McNamara of South Bend, Ind.; four
grandchildren, Carmel (Michael) Hollars of South Bend,
Christopher McNamara of New York, N.Y., James (Susan) McNamara of
Niles, Mich., and Patrick (Lisa) McNamara of Mishawaka; and by
eight great-grandchildren, Andrew, Steven and Stefanie Fanin,
Michael Harper, Nicholas, Matthew, Kyle and Caitlyn
McNamara. Eva was an office manager for Windsor County Feed
Stores in West Lebanon. Eva moved here in 1983, coming from West
Lebanon. She was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church in
South Bend.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
today, July 21, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street,
Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July
22, in the Hahn Funeral Home, with Rev. Don Dilg, CSC, of Little
Flower Catholic Church officiating. Burial will take place at a
later date in Lebanon, N.H.
