MISHAWAKA - Bobby G. McLeod, 80, passed away in his home on Monday, August 18th. Bobby was born on October 28, 1927, in Black River Bottoms, AR, to James and Maggie (East) Mc Leod. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and four brothers. On December 9, 1950, in Brookland, AR, he married Bobbie Stalcup, who preceded him in death on June 1, 2004. Surviving are a daughter, Karen Pletcher of Mishawaka; son, Gary (Keli) Mc Leod of Winona Lake, IN; four grandchildren, Stephanie Slaton, Austin Mc Leod, Mason Mc Leod and Jayden Mc Leod; a great-grandchild, Amanda Slaton; niece, Laura (Charles) Myers; and many other nieces and nephews in Indiana and Arkansas. He retired from Uniroyal in 1989. Bobby enjoyed blue grass music and spending time in his garden.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, Aug. 21st, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Aug. 22nd, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home, with Rev. Erv Mize officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Bobby's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
