Marlee Jo McBride, 4 years old, residing at 106 E. Monroe, Lakeville, Ind., passed away at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind. Marlee was born on Aug. 17, 1992, in South Bend. She is survived by her parents, Rodney and Kelly McBride of Lakeville; three sisters, Rachel, Justine and Abbie McBride; and one brother, Garrett McBride, all living at home.

She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Karen Medlin of North Liberty, Ind.; paternal grandparents, James and Nancy McBride of North Liberty; maternal great-grandparents, Carroll and Welma Wharton of North Liberty; maternal great-grandmother, Ruby Banks of North Liberty; paternal great-grandparents, Mary and the late Ross Swihart of South Bend; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Marlee was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, George and Mary McBride; and by one uncle, Randy McBride.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, at the North Liberty Church of the Brethren. Burial will follow in Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 12, at the Palmer Funeral Home, 314 S. Michigan St., Lakeville, and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Marlee was a member of the North Liberty Church of the Brethren.
