SOUTH BEND - Sister M. Leo Anthony (Eva Mary Maynard) CSC,
97, died Monday in Saint Mary's Convent. Sister was born in Los
Angeles, CA to the late Leo Antoine and Eva Hessell
Maynard. She was one of three children and predeceased by her
brother and sister. Sister taught math and science in high
schools in California, Utah and Idaho. She was religious superior
and teacher in two high schools in Utah and superior in Idaho.
Returning to Saint Mary's Notre Dame she was in Campus
Management, pastoral care and retreat work. She did volunteer
service and was active in the ministry of prayer until her death.

Cross Ministry with the Poor Fund, Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN

Reception of the body will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 4, in Our Lady of Loretto, Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday December 4, in Our Lady of Loretto, Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN. Kaniewski Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
