Robert W. Martin, 65, of East LaSalle Avenue, Mishawaka, Ind., died at 11:31 p.m. Sunday, April 21st, in Saint Joseph Community Hospital. He was born in Mishawaka on April 13, 1937. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Emerson and Edith (Davis) Martin, and by a sister, Donna Borders.

Robert married the former Myra A. Wagner on Nov. 24, 1962, in Celina, Ohio. Myra also preceded him in death on June 11, 2001.

He retired in 1999 from Ristance Corporation and had formerly worked at Federal Paper Board in Elkhart, Ind. Robert served his country in the U.S. Army and was discharged in 1962.

Mr. Martin is survived by a daughter, Kris Allison and her husband, David of Mishawaka; and by a brother, Carl Martin of Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, April 24, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Rev. Ervin Mize officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind.
