They are Jeane (John) Doktor of Mishawaka, Ind., Nita (Jim) Abigt of Bremen, Ind., Sarah (Bob) Conner of South Bend, Bill Jones of South Bend, David Jones of Bremen, John Matthew Jones (deceased), Jeff Jones of South Bend, Beary Jones from Ft. Myers, Fla.

In 1965 Julie married Rae Schreiner. From this 20-year union came three children, David Schreiner of Phoenix, Danielle (Don) Miller of Indianapolis, Ind., and Andrew (Amy Weaver) Schreiner of South Bend. Also left to cherish her memory are her wonderful grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Schreiner, Tyson Miller and Camryn Schreiner. In 1998 Julie married Ron Martens. He survives.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, William; brother, John; and by a niece, Jeane Doktor.

Julie was a 1964 graduate of Riley High School. During her lifetime she spent much of her time as a stay-at-home mom, but was employed by the Stanley Clark School for a number of years.

In addition to her many siblings, children and grandchildren, Julie has left behind a myriad of relatives and friends. She was a fun- loving and caring person who was quick to laugh. She will long be remembered for her wonderful meals, her incredible talent for ceramics, as well as her flair for interior design.

Although we know that you are in a better place, it hasn't made it any easier. We love and miss you.
