SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Joan Marie Mammolenti, 39, 813 S. Michigan St., died Monday at 1:30 p.m. at 1711 S. St. Joseph St., South Bend, following an extended illness. She was born April 20, 1966, in Niles, Mich., to John and Cynthia (Petraukas) Kerr.

She enjoyed art, working with children and attending Mass at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Jordan Mammolenti, Michigan; daughter, Jade Mammolenti, Tennessee; father and stepmother, John (Linda) Kerr, Union, Mich.; mother, Cynthia Kerr, LaGrange, Ga.; sister, Kristen L. (Jeff) Smith, Elkhart; step-brothers, Barry (Kim) Hart, Indianapolis, and Andrew Hart, Elkhart.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements.  Cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A memorial service for Joan Marie Mammolenti, 39, 813 S. Michigan St., who died May 9, will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home & Crematory, Elkhart. The Rev. Richard Wineland, St. John of the Cross Episcopal Church, Bristol, will officiate. Burial will be in Adamsville Cemetery, Adamsville, Mich.
