SOUTH BEND - Adam S. Malinowski, 83, of 1335 North Cove Street, died at 9:50 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Malinowski retired in 1976 from Allied Stamping Division after 11 years of service and was employed by Studebaker Corp. for 22 years. He was born June 12, 1911, in Poland, and lived in South Bend most of his life.

On June 29, 1935, in South Bend, he married Cecilia Krol. She survives with two sons, Thomas H. of Dearborn Heights, Mich., and Raymond J. of Niles; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Henry of Las Vegas. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the church. Entombment will be in Garden of Love Mausoleum of St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 4 p.m.
