Theresa E. Lyczynski, 79, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2001.

She was born in South Bend, Ind., May 6, 1922, and moved to Florida in 1981. She was an assembly-line worker at Studebaker and Avanti Automobile. She was a Catholic.

She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Ann Miller of St. Petersburg, Linda Parker and her husband, Glen of Fort McCoy, Fla.; one son, Robert Lyczynski of South Bend; a sister, Mary Hogman of South Bend; 12 grandchildren (including Tracy Gamble of Largo, Fla., whom she raised like a daughter); 17 great-grandchildren; and by a special niece, Geraldine Szymanski of South Bend.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, South Bend.
