MISHAWAKA
- Chris M. Lutzen, 21, of Day Road, died at 3:43 a.m. Saturday of
injuries sustained after a shooting in the 100 block of South
Michigan Street. Mr. Lutzen was an apprentice pipefitter with Dominiack
Mechanical Inc. of South Bend.
He
was born Nov. 16, 1974, in South Bend and was a lifetime area
resident. Surviving are his parents, Robert and Sandra Egendoerfer
of Mishawaka; a sister, Melanie Lutzen of Mishawaka; a
stepsister, Jodi Minix of South Bend; a stepbrother, Jamie R. Egendoerfer
of South Bend; maternal grandparents, Stanley and Vera Lukowski
of Mishawaka; paternal grandparents, Susie Lutzen of Niles and
George Lutzen of Niles; and step-grandparents, Eugene and Winona Egendoerfer
of Mishawaka. He was a 1993 Penn High School graduate.
Services
will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910
N. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call
from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel.
