Annette E. Lubahn, 98, passed away at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in the Regency Place Rehabilitation Center, South Bend, Ind. Annette was born on Jan. 10, 1903, in South Bend, to the late Herman and Ella (Arndt) Kallies. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth McClung; a brother, Paul Kallies; and by her son, Kenneth Banker on Feb. 18, 2001.

On Dec. 16, 1922, Annette married William Banker, who preceded her in death on June 14, 1937. On Sept. 26, 1941, she married Les Lubahn, who also preceded her in death on May 6, 1967. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Ruth Banker of Mishawaka, Ind.; three grandchildren, Lu Ann Jasinski of Mishawaka, Keith (Kathy) Banker of Leesburg, Ind., and Donald Banker of Mishawaka; four great-grandchildren, Kimberly (Lee) Lippert, Jennifer (Brad) Sanders, Chad Banker and Jayme (Scott) Ellison; six great-great-grandchildren, Dustin and Kelsey Lippert, Jordan Jasinski, Skyler, Jamison and Brad K. Sanders; and by a brother, Kenneth J. Kallies of South Bend.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 12, in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, Mishawaka, where friends may visit with Annette's family from noon until the service. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County or to the Albright United Methodist Church in Mishawaka.
