SOUTH BEND - Services for Mabel Lindley, 75, of St. Paul's Retirement Community, who died at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. today in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.

Mrs. Lindley was born Oct. 8, 1918, in Geetingsville, Ind.

On Aug. 23, 1942, in Rossville, Ind., as Mabel Douglass, she married Mack O. Lindley. He died Feb. 28, 1968. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia J. Lindley of Wellington, Ohio; a son, Jerry W. of South Bend; and two sisters, Ruth Funk of Frankfort, Ind., and Mary Spade of Franklin, Tenn. A son, Mack D., died April 23, 1986.
