Samuel Linderman

July 15, 1888 – January 18, 1948

Samuel Linderman, aged 59, of 124 West Indiana Avenue, died at 12:40am Sunday in Memorial Hospital after a heart attack.  He had suffered a heart ailment about a year

He was born in Poland, July 15, 1888, was married there to Goldie Waysfield, who survives, and came here 30 years ago from New York City.  He also leaves four daughters, Mrs. Frances Lerman, Mrs. Lucille Gould, Sally & Lillian, all of South Bend; a son, Jack Linderman, South Bend; five grandchildren and a brother, Louis Linderman, South Bend. He was a member of Sons of Israel congregation and South Bend Aeie, No 435, Fraternal Order of Eagles. 

Funeral rites were held at 11am today in the Hay Funeral Home in charge of Rabbi Leonard Oschry, of Sons of Israel congregation.  Burial was in Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery.
