SOUTH BEND - Louise Light, 88, of Elgin, Ill., formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday at Ashwood Health Care Center, Elgin. Mrs. Light was born June 5, 1906, in South Bend.

She married Herman Light, who preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Seager of Seal Point, Calif., and Sara Jo Light of Elgin; three grandchildren; and a sister, Julia Kozloski. She was a member of First Church of Christ Science.

There will be no service or visitation. Cremation has taken place. Private burial will take place. Countryside Funeral Home, Streamwood, Ill., is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Alzheimer's Foundation.
