MISHAWAKA - Frank Leszczewski, 77, of
608 Reddick St., died at 6:30 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph Hospital
of natural causes. Mr. Leszczewski retired in 1979 from Mishawaka
Steel Fabrication after 25 years of service as a truck driver. He
was born March 17, 1916, in Providence, R.I.
On July 16, 1937, in Toledo, Ohio, he
married Ida Mae Lafaver. She survives with two daughters,
Jean Bone of Mishawaka and Phyllis Kulczar of South
Bend; two sons, Frank E. and Michael, both of Mishawaka; nine
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Dow
of Charlotte, N.C.; and a half sister, Marie Ferguson of
Toledo. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of American
Legion Post 161 and Milburn Boulevard Church of Christ.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the
church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call
from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North,
3910 N. Main St. Memorial contributions may be made to the
church.
