WALKERTON - Pauline Lemert, 63, of 11017 E. Potawatomi Trail, died at 1:20 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Lemert was the retired owner of Pauline's Beauty Shop, North Liberty. She was born Dec. 29, 1931, in Garrett Hollow, Ky., and lived here most of her life, coming from Kentucky.

On June 30, 1951, in Colorado Springs, Colo., she married Orra Cyril Lemert. He survives with a daughter, Penny Bell of North Liberty; two grandchildren, Angel Kaiser of North Liberty and Anthony Bell of North Liberty; three sisters, Lois Blosser and Virginia Holmes, both of North Liberty, and Betty Halsey of Tyner; and a brother, Bill Fannin of North Liberty. A son, Orra, died Feb. 27, 1979.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Nusbaum-Elkin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
