Ms. Alice P. Leigh, 61, of Houston, Texas, died Saturday, May 25, 2002 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur.

A native of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, she has lived in Houston for 15 years. She was assistant manager for Walmart in Crosby, Texas. She was a member of the Lutheran Faith and the Ladies VFW Aux. in Indiana.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002 at Levingston Funeral Home with Revered Don Golasinski officiating, in Groves. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur. Visitation will begin at noon Monday at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

She is survived by two sisters: Gloria Justice of South Bend, Ind.; and Marilyn Thomas of Lumberton, Texas; and by four brothers, French Leigh Jr. of Transfer, Pa., Donald Leigh of Clarksville, Tenn., Robert Leigh of Murray, Utah, and Karl Leigh of Groves.
