Sister M. Mildred Laughlin CSC

A requiem high mass will be held at 6:40 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Loretto Chapel at St. Mary’s College for Sister M. Mildred CSC, of the Sisters of Holy Cross. She died Monday in Saint Mary’s Convent. Friends may call in the convent parlor. Burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery on the campus.

She was born in New York City in 1904. In 1924 she entered the Sisters of the Holy Cross, receiving the habit in 1925. She made her profession of vows in 1927. She taught at schools in Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
